DC Collectible is releasing a series of new 6″ scale action figure based on Bruce Timm’s Batman: The Animated Series. Each of these come with a display stand and retail for roughly $25.

I’m not a big fan of DC’s Bombshells series of statues that depicts female DC characters as if they were 1940s-era pinups, but I think the 18″ x 24″ prints below based on that work much better than the statues did.
Medicom is adding a number of DC heroes to its Sobufi line of 9 3/4″ tall vinyl figures. Sofubi is apparently a type of vinyl that is softer than the vinyl typically used in creating such figures.
Artist Mark Dos Santos puts a Gotham City twist on Norman Rockwell. This and other excellent images are available as prints from his web site for only $10.
This DC Direct 1/6th scale Catwoman action figure suffers the same problem the other female figures in this series have — the plastic hair. Still a stupid decision, DC.
That said, otherwise this is an awesome looking figure. My action figure collection is currently in storage, but when I finally do bust it out and set it up again, I might have to catch up on these 1/6th scale figures starting with this one.
