In March 2002, Bongo Comics published issue 8 of Futurama Comics. This particular comic is interesting because Bongo designed the cover to appear as if it was a graded comic.
The grading company is Comics Incarceration Co-Op (CIC) and graded this issue of Futurama Comics as Minty Fresh+ 18.5. The description notes the “Clown White Pages” and the First Appearance of Scruffy-Doo.
Clever.
This was given away at toy stores in 1974 as promotional material for the Evel Knievel toys.
Dark Knights of Steel is a 12-issue mini-series that is basically DC comics meets Game of Thrones. Hard to tell from this variant cover, right? This series is probably gonna suck, but this is some well-done cover art by Kael Ngu.
Archie Meets The Punisher / The Punisher Meets Archie was a 1994 one-shot crossover between Archie Comics and Marvel Comics that saw The Punisher mistaking Archie Andrew for a criminal he was pursuing.
