This 8″ bust of Picard facepalming was going to be an SDCC 2020 exclusive, but can be pre-ordered online for $79.99 from Entertainment Earth and local comic shops. It is scheduled to ship in August 2020.
There was apparently a smaller 5.5″ version of this bust released back in 2018
