How should we respond to the worst terrorist attack ever on Americans? How about terrorizing some Americans!
The Dallas Morning News reports that somebody fired six shots into a North Texas mosque this morning.
In Detroit, which has a very large Arab population, they are already having similar problems. Two men were arrested in Dearborn, Michigan (a suburb of Detroit) for allegedly assaulting an Arab American man. Arab American business owners are reporting receiving numerous phone threats.
In Colorado a group of men reportedly threatened to burn down a mosque, and I’ve seen a couple unconfirmed reports of the murder of an Arab woman in New Jersey.
Do we really want to sink to the level of these terrorists, taking out our anger on the helpless targets we can reach? Very sad.
