Social Web CMS
The other day I wanted to install a Digg clone. There are a number of different such open source clones out there, including Pligg and the Drupal-based Drigg, but I ended up going with Social Web CMS which conveniently had just released their 1.0 version in early October.
The software was a breeze to install and configure, and had pretty much everything I was looking for. SWCMS is a fork from Pligg and the developers seem committed to longterm development and support for the system, which was also a plus.
Anyway, if you’re curious check out my Animal Rights News SWCMS install.
