In the tweet below, Trump claims that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is ignoring his bizarre, unhinged claims about voter fraud because “Brad R’s brother works for China, and they definitely don’t want ‘Trump.'”
Raffensperger has a brother, but he doesn’t work for China. Rather, Trump is furthering a right-wing conspiracy theory that Brad Raffensperger is related to Ron Raffensperger, the CTO of Chinese firm Huawei. The two Raffenspergers are not related, however.
For Trump, it’s just lies and stupidity all the way down.
