Tools that allow users to see how well protected their browser is against web tracking seem to be proliferating these days, which is a good thing if it means that more people are concerned about such technologies.
The Electronic Frontier Foundation has released its tool, Cover Your Tracks, that will test your browser and give a short, easy-to-understand report.
I ran the browser I’m using to write this in the tool, and I received the summary below:
