1Password Adds Randomly Generated Fastmail Aliases

1Password has partnered with Fastmail to offer the ability to randomly generate email aliases when signing up for services to increase user privacy.

Emails to the randomly generated aliases end up in a central Fastmail inbox for easy review. Users can easily disable an alias if a specific service gets too spammy.

The only drawback is that it requires a Fastmail account. Presumably, Fastmail and 1Password have a financial arrangement to make this possible, but it would be nice to see this sort of service offered where users could pick from one of several privacy-oriented email providers.

It is good to see something like this being implemented by password managers.
