VPN Watcher is a program for Windows and Mac that monitors whether or not a designated VPN connection is still active. If the VPN has disconnected, VPN Watcher will suspend or shut down any designated processes, and then restore them again once the VPN is restored.
This way if you’re using a VPN to torrent something like … Knoppix … and the VPN disconnects, VPN Watcher will shut down or suspend the torrent application until the VPN is reconnected.
