I needed a utility that would monitor a directory waiting for a specific file to be added, then rename and move that file to a new directory — rinse, watch, repeat.
WatchDirectory is a Windows program that does just that. A bit pricey at $49 for the registered version, but it does a good job of monitoring directories and then executing actions based on the presence of specific files.
