This will probably never be available in the United States, but Michael Kerfel highlights Bandai’s upcoming release of a Starblazers-themed pedometer. Apparently there will be some sort of journey-based theme and every step you puts in furthers the story along.
As if World of Warcraft needed to be any more addictive, Blizzard went ahead and added an achievement system which they unveiled with the patch pushed out last Tuesday. This reduced my wife and I to flying all over Azeroth to get candy from all the Inns, and looking for every last creature to /love, and every last pet and mount to buy or craft. Aaarrrgh.
Gallery 2.3 is finally out of beta and available for downloading. I’m approaching 25,000 photos in my online gallery and its performance is still excellent. The nice thing about 2.3 is it is setting the stage for some performance improvements in future versions, so hopefully by the time I’m up to 50,000 photos . . .
