A lot of blogs are posting links to this photo which shows a little girl on her father’s back crying while she holds a ripped Bush-Cheney poster. The cutline for the photo reads,

But the Rising Hegemon blog points out that Parlock has a history of showing up at Democratic events and then claiming he was assaulted by his opponents that goes back to at least 1996.
