The Baroness Pulp Novel Series

The Baroness was a series of pulp novels written under the pseudonym of Paul Kenyon from 1974 to 1975. Someone at Pocket Books clearly said, “give us a busty female version of James Bond.” The books did not sell well, and the series was canceled.

But, oh, these covers. I’m especially a fan of Baroness #4 Hard-core Murder, which clearly implies the existence of Soft-core Murder.
