After Everytown for Gun Safety contacted Lego, the toymaker hit Culper Precision with a cease-and-desist letter. The gun manufacturer ultimately decided to comply with the cease-and-desist request.
This sort of aesthetic customization of a gun is hardly new, however. A Google search on phrases like “girl guns” and “glam guns” will find a plethora of such firearms, like this custom My Little Pony-themed M4A1 from GlamGuns.com.
