This past summer, Toshiba began making 14tb hard drives available to enterprise buyers through resellers like SuperMicro. The drives are now widely available from Amazon and other online retailers.
As of the writing of this post, these carry a huge premium of $540, which is crazy given that it’s $100 more than similar 12tb drives. But if space is a premium, these drives are there for you.
