There’s an amusing e-mail on the Frequent Flamers group pointing out that while Dave Winer is ranting and raving about Microsoft allegedly complaining to Fawcette Publications about Robert Scoble, this is exactly the sort of thing that Winer himself has done in the past to retaliate against people who have dared to criticize him.
