Barry Williams has a nice page document a wide variety of unusual chess sets. For example, the origami chess set he links to is sheer beauty.

Campaign Coins
Their website is currently in some sort of odd redesign (odd because they took out quite a few ads for their product), but I can’t resist plugging Campaign Coins and hoping they’ll be back up soon for me to waste my money.
Basically, the product here is fantasy coins for role playing games, as in the promo shot:
These things aren’t cheap — they were going for US $65 when the online store was still up, but come on. That’s beyond cool right there.
Z-Man Games’ Bendy Dungeon Walls
I’ve seen a number of very nice looking 3-d dungeon walls, etc., intended for role playing games, but Z-Man Games’ Bendy Dungeon Walls has the advantage of being inexpensive and quickly reconfigurable into any number of layouts. These go for $24.99 for a set of 55 wall tiles and 5 doors. Nice.
