Signed up for a VShred fitness program, and the payment went through, but I haven’t received access to the workout plan yet. Checked my email and account dashboard, but there’s nothing there. Wondering if this is just a delay in processing or if there’s a step I might have missed to activate it?
A while back, I purchased one of their custom plans and expected instant access, but nothing showed up in my account. Thought maybe I missed an email, but after looking around, I realized the program needed to be manually assigned, https://vshred.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html confirmed that some plans take extra time to process, especially personalized ones. A few hours later, everything was available in my dashboard. Since then, I always check both email and spam folders first, and if nothing appears, logging out and back in usually refreshes the access.
That helped simplify things. I was reading way too much into it. Thanks for giving a clear answer without too much extra.
