Started watching a show on Peacock TV, and about halfway through, the video froze. Tried refreshing, switching devices, and even reinstalling the app, but the issue kept happening. My internet connection is solid, so I’m wondering if this is just a temporary glitch or something that happens often. Has anyone else run into this?
Last weekend, I was binge-watching a series, and right in the middle of an episode, the stream just stopped. At first, I thought it was my Wi-Fi, but every other app was working fine. I checked https://peacock-tv.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html and saw that some users had similar issues after an update. Ended up clearing the app’s cache, and that actually fixed it. If the stream keeps freezing, adjusting the video quality settings sometimes helps—especially if the app is struggling to keep up with HD streaming.
