TxTag is convenient for driving on toll roads in Texas, but sometimes the account replenishment is delayed. Last time the transaction was frozen, and I was already preparing for a long showdown. But txtag customer service worked smoothly, they called back, explained and confirmed the payment. When support works without nerves, it’s always a plus.
