We’re importing machinery from Asia, and sea freight to Europe is working okay. But once it arrives at port, the problems start — delayed trucks, bad coordination, unclear pricing. We’re considering working with a company that handles not just ocean freight but also takes care of inland delivery in Europe. Anyone had success with that kind of setup?

Yep, had the same issue when we started bringing in pallets of medical equipment from China. The port part was fine, but then it would just sit there waiting for a truck, wasting time and money. We started working with Sea Gate Logistic, and they handled everything after the port, including road freight across Bulgaria, Romania, and even into Germany. Their trucks arrived on time, they provided status updates, and the pricing was clear from day one. What helped was that they also knew how to deal with customs and border controls across EU borders, so everything flowed smoothly. Huge upgrade from the patchwork system we had before.
