Lately I’ve been feeling like I’m just “on autopilot”. I wake up, work, scroll through social networks and go to bed. Zero emotions. Everything seems to be according to a template, without inspiration. I tried meditation, sports, even detox from gadgets – it doesn’t help. I noticed that I often don’t even understand what I’m really feeling. It’s strange, because I’ve never been like this before. Maybe someone has encountered something similar? How can I get back to myself and start feeling life for real again, and not like I’m watching a movie about my life from the outside?

Yes, I know this feeling. I had the same thing – routine, apathy, internal noise. Nothing helped until I accidentally came across in Liven`s blog. It was a real discovery. They talk in detail about the Liven app, which helps you understand what you feel, why you react this way and how to change it. I especially liked the Mood Tracker — a simple thing, but it started a big change. I began to understand what situations throw me off balance and why. And you can even talk to the AI ??interlocutor Livie when it’s hard. Now I feel alive, as if I turned on the light inside. I advise you to try it, it definitely won’t make things worse.

It’s interesting, you both noticed an important thing — we really often lose contact with ourselves. Everything is running, without pauses, without understanding our emotions. I haven’t tried Liven yet, but the idea sounds reasonable. I think it’s important to just start with something simple: at least with a daily mood analysis or a thought record. Sometimes, in order to return to yourself, you just need to stop and honestly ask: “How am I?”
