I live near Northlake Mall and go there often, a great place to shop, especially when you want everything in one place. Last time I forgot a bag with purchases in the fitting room and noticed it only at home. I called northlake mall customer service, and to my surprise, the employees had already found the bag and put it away for storage. This was very nice and speaks volumes about the reliability of the staff. The mall is always clean, there are places to eat, and the parking is convenient.
