I also recently learned about this service and was quite skeptical. Indeed, we have been seeing a lot of similar solutions lately, but not all of them live up to expectations. However, I decided to try Fit Room on one of the clothing websites, and I can say that the result surprised me. Unlike traditional virtual fitting rooms, which simply superimpose a picture of clothes on your photo or model, this service uses more complex algorithms based on artificial intelligence. In order to work with FitRoom, you need to upload your photo, and the system analyzes how a particular item of clothing will sit on your body, and then creates a 3D image. That is, instead of just an image, you see a real model that adjusts to your body type. Of course, everything is not perfect here. I, too, like you, often face a problem when clothes do not sit the way they promise on the website. For example, I have a rather non-standard figure, and often buying clothes according to the size chart turns out to be disappointing. But FitRoom tries to solve this: for example, they take into account different body types (we all know how difficult it is to find clothes if you are not a perfect “triangle” or “hourglass”), and also allow you to adjust parameters by size, arm and leg length, height, etc. What’s more, the AI ??can also assess how the material will behave in motion, how stretchy it is, and whether it is suitable for your lifestyle. So, although I would not call it a completely perfect solution, but for those who often face the problem of choosing a size, this can be a real lifesaver.
