I’ve had Xfinity Internet for a couple of years now, and overall I’m happy with it, the speed is good, and there are almost no failures. Once the connection went down on the weekend, and I started looking for support. I found a contact via https://xfinity.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html contacted tech support, and to my surprise, they responded even on Sunday. After rebooting the router, everything was restored. The level of support is decent, so I’m not planning on changing my provider for now.
