I remember seeing Tron in the theater when I was 14. I’d received my first computer when the Commodore Vic 20 came out a couple years earlier, but the movie completely blew my mind.

I wasted so much money playing the accompanying arcade game–can’t believe how many dollars I probably spent playing a glorified version of Snake, but those light cycles just spoke to me.
