Post-World War II Era Propaganda Poster – Bones Are Still Needed

This visually striking poster was created by Dorrit Dekk shortly after the end of World War II when there were still shortages of materials in the UK.

Dekk worked as a designer for less than three years for what became the Central Office of Information, but produced many of the most iconic posters of the immediate post-war period in the UK.
