TreeSize

TreeSize seems to be one of the best options to replace WinDirStat for quickly scanning and analyzing what’s using up disk space on Windows machines.

TreeSize is much faster than WinDirStat ever was, as it reads the Master File Table on hard drives directly rather than polling the directory structure.

There are several different versions of the software, including a free version and Personal and Professional versions that add additional features for a fee.
