Interesting 1/6th scale Batman action figure from DC Direct. This, of course, is the Batman from Alex Ross’ Justice series. Not sure about this one — the body sculpt and cape are awesome, but that’s one fugly-faced Bruce Wayne under the cowl there.

Just in time for the Jonah Hex movie, comes a 1/6th scale movie version Jonah Hex action figure.
DC Direct Wonder Woman Prop Relica
Really debating whether to pre-order this DC Direct Wonder Woman prop replica featuring the famous tiara, bracelets and lasso. Awesome looking prop, but at $325 it’s starting to approach my “are you f’ing kidding me” threshold. But it would look really cool on my bookshelf . . .
DC Direct Superman vs. Muhammad Ali Statue
OMG, this brings back memories. It was 1978 and I was ten years old when DC came out with this huge over-sized comic book depicting Superman vs. Muhammad Ali in the ring, all at the behest of aliens who wanted to determine Earth’s champion as part of an intergalactic match by an alien invading force.
I read the crap out of that comic over the next couple years. I would do anything to have this statute on my bookshelf…well, anything except pay the $250 asking price. What we really need is a Superman vs. Ali double pack of DC Universe Classics.
DC Direct 1/6th Scale Poison Ivy
DC Direct’s 1/6th scale action figure line continues with this Poison Ivy scheduled for May 2010. This figure features two different costume options, but, alas, still features the plastic helmet hair approach. This figure looks better than some of the other female figures in this line, but seriously DC?
Yet Another Green Lantern Ring I Must Own
Man, DC Direct is really dropping Green Lantern rings right and left (probably because they know fanbois like me will be there to buy them). This Honor Guard replica ring is set for June 2010 for $35.

Blackest Night Power Ring Spectrum Set
So I have this problem with Green Lantern rings already, and now DC Direct has to go and announce this Blackest Night set for July. And these aren’t just any power rings — these have an LED that lights up when you wear it (the light can be turned off manually to save batter life, and perhaps also to look a bit less like a dork, though by the time you’re wearing this, that battle’s pretty much lost).
$60 for the set, and the batteries are user replaceable.
