I really like DokuWiki, but the templates out there for it — not so much. Fortunately Terence Grant has put together a template for DokuWiki that adapts the MonoBook stylesheets from Wikipedia/Wikimedia. So your DokuWiki install looks like every other Wiki out there, which is a good thing.
